Christmas Baking

Multi-layer morsels of buttery crust, raspberry and cream cheese filling covered in melted semi-sweet chocolate. Yum!

Scoring the chocolate. . . You KNOW we had to sample the goods. Yep, it is good enough to share for christmas. Gee, I hope we're able to save some.


Ok, well the first piece was awesome. The second one even better. Downing a glass of ice cold milk... Oh yeah, and another piece of raspberry - cream cheese CRACK. Oh the hell with christmas baking. . . Lets just call it DINNER !!!

We've moved to "The Island"... Now What?

I've been told by lots of people who DON'T live on Camano Island that I don't "really" live on an island. Most of these nay-sayers live on Whidbey. However, every time I pass over Davis Slough I look for water. . . just to make sure they're wrong.

By creating this blog, we hope to share many exciting and new "Island" advantures with those of you who've never been to Camano Island, as well as with those of you who've lived here for many years.
